You don't need to know exactly what you need. Most conversations start with someone describing their current problem: too few inquiries, a website no one can find, a LinkedIn profile that's been inactive for two years, or the feeling that marketing is somehow working, but no one can pinpoint what's actually effective. From this, the conversation usually quickly reveals the key areas for improvement. Sometimes it's a strategy, sometimes it's enough to set up three things effectively and execute them consistently.
