2. Principles
I take the protection of your personal data seriously and comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data is treated confidentially and processed only within the limits of the law.
Data transmission over the internet, for example by email, can never be entirely secure. Complete protection against access by third parties is not possible.
3. What data is processed / collected?
3.1 When visiting the website
When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically stores information in server log files. This includes:

This data serves the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in technically error-free operation, under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
3.2 When making contact
If you contact me via the contact form or by email, I store the information you provide, such as name, email address and message, in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is the initiation or performance of a contract, under Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
3.3 When booking an intro call
I use Microsoft Bookings for appointment scheduling. Your name, email address and the selected time slot are transmitted to Microsoft and processed there. The legal basis is contract initiation, under Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
3.4 When signing up for the newsletter
If you sign up for my newsletter, I store your email address and, where provided, your name. Newsletters are sent via Wix Email Marketing, a service of Wix.com Ltd., under the existing data processing agreement. Registration uses a double opt-in procedure, meaning you first receive a confirmation email. The legal basis is your consent, pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every message. When a newsletter is sent, it is recorded whether the message was opened and whether links within it were clicked. This analysis helps me improve content and timing. You can object to this analysis by unsubscribing from the newsletter.
4. Cookies and consent
This website uses technically necessary cookies required for operation, as well as cookies for statistics and marketing.
On your first visit, a cookie banner appears. There you decide which categories to allow. Technically necessary cookies cannot be deselected; all others are only set after your consent. You can withdraw or change your selection at any time via the cookie settings.
You can also delete cookies in your browser at any time or disable their storage.
5. Services Deployed
5.1 Hosting and website
This website is operated via Wix.com Ltd. Wix processes data on my behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement. Data may also be transferred to the USA. Further information: https://www.wix.com/about/privacy
5.2 Wix Analytics
Wix provides me with its own visitor statistics. These show me, in aggregated form, which pages are accessed and where visitors come from.
5.3 Google Tag Manager
This website uses Google Tag Manager, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. Tag Manager is a tool for managing website tags. It does not create user profiles or store cookies itself, but it does establish a connection to Google servers when a page is loaded, during which your IP address is transmitted. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. Tag Manager controls the loading of the services listed below and respects the choices you make in the cookie banner. This website uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics uses cookies and creates usage profiles in pseudonymous form. Data may be transferred to Google in the USA.

This website uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company. It allows campaigns to be evaluated and audiences to be built. Data may be transferred to LinkedIn in the USA.

5.7 Google Fonts
This website embeds fonts from Google Fonts. When a page is loaded, a connection to Google servers is established and your IP address is transmitted. An Instagram feed may be embedded on the website. When it loads, data is transmitted to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. The feed is only loaded after your consent, under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
6. Data transfers abroad
Some of the services named above are based outside Switzerland and the EEA, in particular in the USA. Transfers take place on the basis of standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. In countries without an equivalent level of data protection, access by authorities cannot be ruled out.
7. Disclosure of data
Your data is only passed on to third parties if:
